WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested by hand and pneumatically pressed as whole grapes, followed by sedimentation and fermentation at 18°C without malolactic fermentation.
To maintain its light and fruity character, this wine is bottled quickly and offered to the customer for immediate
drinking.
TASTE
A light and fruity wine, where the fullness comes from Obeidi and Clairette, the aroma from Muscat, and the vigorous, fresh flavor from Sauvignon.
AGING
1 to 2 years in a good cellar, ideally drinking within 12 months of harvest.
PAIRING AND SERVING
With raw vegetables, Lebanese mezze, and fish. Serve chilled at 8-10°C.
Réserve di couvent (red)
This wine, with its dark ruby red color, combines finesse and elegance with aromas of wood and vanilla, and soft, pure, and rounded tannins give it length and persistence on the palate.
Its structure allows it to accompany red meats and game.
Serve at 16°C.

Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
WINEMAKING
After racking and sulfites are added, the noble grape varieties are aged in oak barrels while the other varieties mature in vats. After 12 months of maturation, the wines are blended and bottled.

Sunset ksara (rosè)
A deep pink color with an aroma of red berries and a hint of spiciness, it opens with a rounded mouthfeel and finishes with a fresh, lively flavor.
This fresh and robust wine, with its slightly spicy aroma, is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean or Asian cuisine. It also complements raw vegetables and cured meats.
GRAPE VARIETIES
Made from Cabernet Franc and Syrah selected from the finest vineyards in the Bekaa Valley.
WINEMAKING
Selected from the finest red grape vats, this wine is obtained by dripping. After 10-12 hours of maceration, fermentation takes place at 18°C. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and blended. Once stabilized, Sunset is bottled in spring to preserve its ripe fruit flavors.
TASTE
A deep pink color with an aroma of red berries and a hint of spiciness, starting with a roundness on the palate and finishing with a fresh and lively finish.
AGING
Best enjoyed in its first year; can be stored for up to 2 years in a good cellar.
PAIRING AND SERVING SUGGESTION
This fresh and robust wine, with its slightly spicy aroma, is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean or Asian cuisine. It also complements raw vegetables and cured meats. Serve at 8-10°C (46-50°F) to reveal its spicy flavor, freshness, and balance.
Merwah (white)
A pale yellow wine with greenish highlights. The nose offers intense citrus flavors with white flowers and mineral notes. The palate is full of tropical fruit flavors with nuances of guava, lime, and summer melon, all balanced by fresh acidity. It has a good medium palate with a lingering finish.
GRAPE VARIETY
100% Merwah. Merwah is an ancient white grape variety, deeply expressed by the formidable terroir of Lebanon. It has been used in winemaking and the production of arak for centuries, and is a grape with which the Jesuits who founded Château Ksara in the mid-18th century would have been familiar when they pioneered viticulture in the Bekaa Valley.
VINIFICATION
Harvested in crates and pneumatically pressed as the grapes are harvested, sedimentation and fermentation are carried out at a low temperature of 16°C, with limited skin maceration before alcoholic fermentation, followed by fine lees contact.
To maintain its freshness and floral character, this wine is bottled quickly and offered to customers to be consumed young.
TASTE
A pale yellow wine with greenish highlights. On the nose, it offers intense citrus flavors with white flowers and mineral notes. On the palate, it is full of tropical fruit flavors with nuances of guava, lime, and summer melon, all balanced by a fresh acidity. It has a good medium palate with a lingering aftertaste.
PAIRING AND SERVING
With Lebanese mezze (appetizers), fresh fish, and shellfish. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
